Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions Below before booking or if you'd like to learn more about the studio and booking process

You must be 18 or over to have a tattoo by law. ID will be required on the day of your appointment if booked (Passport or Drivers License).
Deposits are required when booking an appointment and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I need a minimum of 72 hours notice or your deposit will be lost. You can only reschedule once with the same deposit as the original booking. Cancellation of the tattoo will result in a loss of the deposit and a new one to re-book.
Please arrive as close to the appointment time as possible (no earlier than 10 mins before) and if you're over 25 mins late with no explanation, will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit to re-book.
Please come alone to your appointment (unless you have discussed with me beforehand)
The New Welsh Legislation now states that no topical anesthetics can be used on the skin before or during a tattoo. If you come to your appointment with a numbing cream/anesthetic applied to the area being tattooed or anywhere, the tattoo will not be able to be performed. The tattoo appointment will have to be cancelled and a new deposit required for a new appointment.
Please allow up to 7 working days for a response to your booking enquiry, as the artist is busy during the week tattooing and will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are using a voucher bought from either Gina or Spring Chicken Tattoo, it must be used by the expiry date shown on the voucher. This means that an appointment is booked and all of the voucher's money is used as payment/part-payment before the expiry date on the voucher. It is on the voucher holder to book an appointment before the expiry date, otherwise the voucher will be lost.
